	Wmass Priest Reinstated after Being Put on Leave WBZ July 2, 2010 http://wbztv.com/wireapnewsma/WMass.priest.reinstated.2.1785301.html The pastor of a western Massachusetts Roman Catholic church has been reinstated after being placed on leave during an investigation of allegations he violated the diocese's code of conduct. The Diocese of Springfield said Friday that the Rev. Charles DiMascola (dee-mass-COLE'-uh) of Our Lady of Czestochowa (chess-tuh-KOE'-vuh) in Turners Falls may resume his duties effective immediately. The statement said Bishop Timothy McDonnell informed DiMascola late Thursday. The code of conduct, which all clergy, staff and volunteers must sign, outlines what is appropriate and inappropriate behavior around children and adults. The diocese declined to specify the allegations, but said there was no accusation of sexual misconduct. It said there was no evidence of "serious impropriety" but rather a "lack of thorough compliance" with policy.
