Michael Ambrose Endicott, 65, appeared in Brisbane Magistrates Court on two counts of indecent treatment of a child under the age of 16. The charges against the former teacher and priest at Villanova Catholic College in Brisbane's south involved a 14-year-old student in 1977 and 1978. The court heard the Catholic priest on one occasion took the boy to the school's bell tower and told him to take off his clothes before taking photos of him. Chief Magistrate Brendan Butler reserved his decision until Friday.
