CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A former teacher at a Catholic school in Delhi is facing sex charges.
Matthew Herrmann, 35, was arrested Monday night and charged with sexual battery, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and illegal use of a minor in nudity or nudity-oriented material.

Police say the charges stem from inappropriate relationships with two teenage girls. According to the police report, one of the girls was 13 years old and a student at St. Dominic's in Delhi while Herrmann was a teacher there.
In the second case, police say Herrmann told a 14-year-old girl to undress and take pictures of herself. He then allegedly took photos of himself and sent them to the victim. According to the police report, Herrmann admitted to the crime.
Herrmann was arraigned Monday morning and ordered to stay away from the victims and their families. His bond was set at $6,000, and if he posts bond, he must wear and electronic monitoring device.
Police say there could be more victims. Anyone feels they may have had inappropriate contact with Herrmann is asked to call Delhi Township Police at 513-922-0060.
