Rev Simon Lloyd, 51, who is the vicar of Minehead, Somerset, was suspended from his post by the Bishop of Bath and Wells. His congregation were told last week that, following an investigation, the dad-of-one, who has a wife Susie and young daughter, has been barred from serving as a priest until 2014. A spokesman for the diocese said: "Mr Lloyd has served the church with much love." |
