	Catholic Priest Jailed over Paedophile Porn IOL June 4, 2010 http://www.iol.co.za/index.php?set_id=1&click_id=3&art_id=nw20100604163635585C502895 Vienna - An Austrian court on Friday sentenced a Roman Catholic priest to eight months in prison after he was convicted of downloading and distributing child pornography. The pastor whose identity was not given had pleaded guilty and told the eastern Wiener Neustadt court his Internet chats during which he downloaded and forwarded the pictures between 2004 and 2010 had become addictive. The 49-year-old also taught the catechism but said he never used any sexual innuendo or abused any of his pupils while teaching. He was however suspended and is undergoing psychiatric treatment. Under Austrian law he had risked a maximum sentence of two years in prison.
