The 22-year-old allegedly stole 210,000 rubles (6,950 dollars) from a fellow passenger on a train from Moscow to the Belarusian town of Grodno. When authorities caught up with him a few days later, he had spent the money in bordellos and casinos, according to a spokesman from the Interior Ministry, reported Belapan. A criminal investigation is ongoing.
