A disgraced ex-Catholic high school principal -- who was forced out after piles of porn were found on his work computer -- was arrested yesterday for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars in school and alumni funds.

Brother Christopher Keogon, who resigned from Cardinal Hayes HS in 2008, is charged with grand larceny and forgery charges for the alleged misappropriation of $50,000, the Bronx DA said.

Keogan fraudulently endorsed four money orders totaling more than $1,000 that the school received in summer school tuition between August and September of 2007, according to the indictment.

He also was charged with stealing more than $3,000 between October 2005 and March 2008 by using a credit card issued to a nonprofit organization.

Keogan, 53, of Manhattan, faces up to seven years in prison. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

Staff at the Melrose school had alleged that Keogan was caught on school surveillance cameras rummaging through desks in a financial office and entering offices at a time when money was stolen there.
