Bob Krebs with the Catholic Diocese of Wilmington says St. Ann's Church and the Diocese are sorry for the late Father Edward Carley's conduct.Audio Here Also part of the settlement, St. Ann's agrees to pay plaintiff John Dougherty 200 thousand dollars. That amount could go up if a judge decides during the Diocese's bankruptcy case that Dougherty was under- compensated.
