	Catholic Church Still Silent on SNAP Allegations By Mindy Aguon KUAM March 29, 2010 http://www.kuam.com/Global/story.asp?S=12218866 GUAM -- The Catholic Church continues to remain silent on allegations made by the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests. The head of the group's Southwest Division was on island last week and talked with victims, some including high ranking government officials. Joelle Casteix alleged a local Capuchin friar was accused of abuse in New York just prior to moving to Guam. The Archdiocese of Agana continues to review the allegations, but in the past has said no clergy on Guam had ever been convicted or accused of sexual abuse.
