	Candlelight Vigil Protesting Catholic Sex Scandal to Be Held Sunday By Matt Smith Missourian March 13, 2010 http://www.columbiamissourian.com/stories/2010/03/13/candlelight-vigil-protesting-catholic-sex-scandal-be-held-sunday/ The support group Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests plans to hold a sidewalk vigil in Columbia in response to allegations that the pope failed to adequately punish a priest who was accused of sexually abusing children. It is scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Sunday in front of MU's Newman Center at 701 Maryland Ave. Those at the vigil will be holding signs, candles, and childhood photos, according to a press release. It is part of a nationwide protest by the survivors network.
