Accused Killer of Chatham Priest Is Due in Court

CHATHAM BOROUGH -- The former custodian accused of killing a priest is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday, according to a report in The Daily Record.

The report said Jose Feliciano, 64, is set to appear in Superior Court in Morristown on murder, robbery and other charges in connection with the Oct. 22 slaying of a Rev. Edward Hinds, pastor of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church. The report said prosecutors may make a plea bargain offer at the hearing.
