GERMANY -- Das Jesuiten-Kolleg Sankt Blasien im Sudschwarzwald ist moglicherweise auch von dem Missbrauchsskandal an einer katholischen Schule in Berlin betroffen. Ein Ex-Pater, der den Missbrauch von Schulern zugegeben hat, unterrichtete in den 80er Jahren auch in St. Blasien.

The Jesuit College of St. Blasius in the Black Forest may also be affected by the abuse scandal at another Catholic school in Berlin. An ex-priest who admitted to abusing students in Berlin also taught in the 1980s at St. Blasius.
The Rev. Johannes Siebner, director of the college, said they will do all they can to investigate to see if abuse happened at St. Blasius. He was at one time a student at Canisius. Rev. Siebner said he was not abused but he knew some of the alleged victims.
Rev. Siebner said it is obvious that there was failure within the Jesuit order to properly investigate.
