	2nd Prison Term for Sex with Minor Journal Gazette January 13, 2010 http://www.journalgazette.net/article/20100113/LOCAL03/301139917/1002/LOCAL INDIANA -- With a 10-year prison sentence handed down in Allen County on Monday, former church organist Dale Tucker was sentenced to an additional 10 years Tuesday in Wells Circuit Court for sexual misconduct with a minor. But the sentences will be served at the same time, so Tucker could be out of prison in as little as five years. The 57-year-old musician was charged in both counties with sexually abusing a 15-year-old boy over about six months from December 2008 until the abuse came to light last spring. Tucker served as the director of music at the First Wayne Street United Methodist Church in downtown Fort Wayne and taught at Indiana-Purdue University Fort Wayne. He pleaded guilty in Wells and Allen counties to single charges of sexual misconduct with a minor. Additional charges were dismissed as part of a plea agreement with prosecutors.
