According to court documents, Paul Meeks told investigators in a videotaped interview that he had in-appropriately touched his young girls. Prosecutors say four counts, involving one of Meeks daughters, were dropped because the girl was not able to testify. If convicted, Meeks could face up to 36 years in prison.
