JOHN'S, N.L. - The case against an Anglican priest in Newfoundland and Labrador facing child pornography charges will be back in court Jan. 26. Provincial court heard Tuesday that more time is needed to process and disclose materials that could be used as evidence. Robin Barrett, 52, was released from custody last month on $50,000 bail and a number of conditions. He is living with his parents in Harbour Grace, northwest of St. John's, and must report to the RCMP three times a week. Barrett is charged with possession and distribution of child pornography. He is prohibited under court order from using computers and from seeing his three children unless their mother is present.
