(AP) -- The Wisconsin Supreme Court appears unlikely to throw out the conviction of a former Jesuit priest accused of sexually assaulting two students in the 1960s. During oral arguments Tuesday, a lawyer for Donald McGuire said his client's right to a fair trial was violated because of a 35-year delay between the alleged assaults and the victims reporting them to police.
