	Man Accused of Sexual Misconduct with Minors at Church The Free Lance November 26, 2009 http://www.freelancenews.com/news/261244-man-accused-of-sexual-misconduct-with-minors-at-church The pastor's son at a local church has been arrested and charged on suspicion of sexual misconduct with two minors, according to court records and the sheriff's office. Ruben Matuk, 28, has been charged by the district attorney's office on suspicion of lewd and lascivious acts with a minor, indecent exposure, attempted lewd acts with a child under 14 and sexual battery, according to San Benito County court records. Investigators allege the crimes occurred at the Apostolic Full Gospel Church of Christ, 1515 Santa Ana Road, and also at Matuk's residence adjacent to the church address.
