Seventy-one-year-old Rev. Gerald Robinson maintains his innocence in the 1980 killing of Sister Margaret Ann Pahl. He won't be physically in the courtroom for the Jan. 22 oral arguments scheduled Monday by a county judge in Toledo but will instead appear through video. Robinson is serving a 15 years to life prison term at the Hocking Correctional Facility in southeast Ohio. Advertisement The hearing will determine whether more evidence may be submitted by attorneys pressing on with Robinson's appeals. Lucas County Common Pleas Judge Gene Zmuda says the documentation may soon outpace the number of pages generated by the trial itself.
