	Bond Hearing Set for Fairfield County Man in Haiti Sex Abuse Case Waterbury Republican-American October 19, 2009 http://www.rep-am.com/news/doc4adc50f844d21684197133.txt NEW HAVEN -- A bail hearing is set to continue in federal court in Connecticut for a Colorado man charged with sexually abusing nine boys at a school he founded in Haiti for poor children. Douglas Perlitz of Eagle, Colo., is scheduled to appear in New Haven federal court on Monday. He remains in custody after pleading not guilty earlier this month to charges alleging sexual conduct with minors. The former Fairfield County, Conn., resident is accused of abusing nine boys at the Project Pierre Toussaint school in Cap-Haitien.
