"What is . . . troubling . . . is a communal attitude that seems to impose greater opprobrium on the victims than on the perpetrators," said Judge Gustin Reichbach. The Midwood tutor, Yona Weinberg, 31, is a licensed social worker and the married father of triplets. His victims were 12 and 13.
