Raymond Lahey, former bishop of the diocese of Antigonish, oversaw a $15-million settlement with people who said they had been sexually abused by priests in the diocese dating back to 1950. He was returning to Canada from the United States when he was arrested at the Ottawa Airport last week after members of the Canada Border Services Agency performed a random check of his laptop computer. No court date has been set.
