On Monday, an officer pulled Wayne Wigglesworth, 68, over in Chicago for making an improper turn and saw a boy in the car with him. Wigglesworth couldn't say why the boy was with him or what the boy's name was, according to the complaint. After getting out of the car, the boy told police officers that he had met Wigglesworth online and that the two had chatted and sent text messages to each other a few times. The boy said Wigglesworth told him he was 43, and that the boy told Wigglesworth he was 15. The two agreed to meet on Wednesday, the boy said.
