Mark Hourigan, 41, was ordained Sunday at the City of Refuge Worship Center. Among the protestors were members of the group Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests. Hourigan will be an associate pastor at the church and has publicly declared that he has been rehabilitated. He served four years in prison for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old boy in 1998.
