	Youth Pastor Accused of Sex with a Minor By Julie Rose My Fox Phoenix September 15, 2009 http://www.myfoxphoenix.com/dpp/news/crime/youth_minister_minor_sex_09_15_2009 CHANDLER - Joshua O'Bannion, a youth minister at the Christ Life Church in Tempe, has been arrested on allegations of sexual conduct with a minor and sex abuse. Chandler Police say on Sept. 9, a 14-year-old girl came forward saying she had sex with the 25-year-old in his car three separate times in July and August. O'Bannion worked as an intern in the youth ministry department. According to court paperwork, police recorded a phone conversation between the girl and O'Bannion, where he mentioned them having sex several times. O'Bannion was arrested at his residence in Gilbert and booked on three counts of sex abuse and eight counts of sexual conduct with a minor.
