	Abuse Report Court Case Adjourned until Next Month Belfast Telegraph September 8, 2009 http://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/breaking-news/ireland/abuse-report-court-case-adjourned-until-next-month-14483402.html The case referred to the High Court by the Justice Minister over the publication of the Murphy Report into abuse in the Dublin Diocese has been adjourned until October 1st. Dermot Ahern has requested that the court decide whether the report can be published in part or in full because a number of priests named in it face criminal proceedings. He is seeking clarification in relation to a number of matters. The case was listed for mention this morning, but was not open to the public or the media.
