	Child Sexual Abuse Complaint against Priest Is "Credible," Madison Diocese Says By Doug Erickson Wisconsin State Journal August 12, 2009 http://www.madison.com/wsj/home/local/461878 The Madison Catholic Diocese said Wednesday its sexual abuse review board has found an allegation of child sexual abuse against the Rev. Joseph Gibbs Clauder "credible." The diocese said Madison Bishop Robert Morlino agrees with the board’s finding and has referred the case to the Vatican for judgment. The allegation against Clauder was brought forth earlier this year but not made public at the request of the accuser, said diocesan spokesman Brent King.
