The development is contained in the police report entitled Sodomy cases against Pastor Kayanja, a copy of which Ultimate Media has seen. The report says that Police found out no evidence to pin Pastor Kayanja. The report furthers provides that pastors Martin Sempa, Moses Solomon Male, Michael Kyazze, Felix Semujju and Bo Kayiira reportedly influenced Pastor Kayanja’s accusers. So the report recommends that the persons who allegedly conspired and mobilized the complainants to make false allegations against Pastor Robert Kayanja be charged with the offence of conspiracy to injure the reputation of Pastor Kayanja, contrary to Section 392(b) of the Penal Code Act.
