	Priest Guilty of Molesting Boys, Judge Rules Sudbury Star July 16, 2009 http://www.thesudburystar.com/ArticleDisplay.aspx?e=1659757 Roman Catholic Priest Bernard Cloutier was found guilty Thursday of sexually molesting young men a quarter century ago at various church parishes in the Sudbury area. Superior Court Justice Paul Kane convicted the 68-year-old priest of 11 of 16 charges he faced. The charges were laid in February of last year following allegations by five males, now all adult men, about incidents that took place between 1970 and 1983 while they were aged 12 to 17 years. Kane convicted Cloutier of five counts of gross indecency, four of indecent assault and two counts of sexual assault on four male teens. The priest was acquitted on charges of indecent assault and gross indecency involving a fifth person. A date for his sentencing hearing is to be set Aug. 4. Read more in Friday's Star.
