Family Tells Dupage Judge They'll Aid Ex-priest Convicted of Abuse Chicago Tribune July 9, 2009 http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/chi-lenczycki-09-jul09,0,7322865.story Two sisters of the first Roman Catholic priest in the country to be legally declared a sexually violent person told a DuPage County judge Wednesday they would support their brother and help him abide by any restrictions placed upon him if he is released from a state facility. Donna Lenczycki of Wheaton said she would allow her brother Fred to live with her. Fred Lenczycki was convicted in 2004 of sexually abusing three boys at St. Isaac Jogues Church in Hinsdale. He later admitted molesting as many as 30 boys in churches in Naperville and Romeoville and in California and Missouri. |
