	Schism in Zambia; Priest Excommunicated Catholic Culture June 12, 2009 http://www.catholicculture.org/news/headlines/index.cfm?storyid=3192 The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith has declared that Father Luciano Mbewe, founder of the Catholic Apostolic National Church of Zambia, has been excommunicated. Father Mbewe is a vocal advocate of permitting priests to marry, and his splinter group has links to Archbishop Emmanuel Milingo, who was himself excommunicated in 2006.
