	Kenyan Priests' Group Plans Illicit Ordination of New Bishop Catholic Culture June 12, 2009 http://www.catholicculture.org/news/headlines/index.cfm?storyid=3202 Spokesman for a small group of Catholic priests dedicated to ending the rule of priestly celibacy have claimed that they remain loyal Catholics, even though they plan to ordain a new bishop without permission from the Holy See-- an act that brings the penalty of excommunication. Father Daniel Kisomo, the leader of the Married Priests Now movement-- which claims only 7 official members-- will be ordained to the episcopacy by Emmanuel Milingo, the Zambian archbishop who was excommunicated in September 2006.
