The Council of Rights for Children and Adolescents arranged this morning the suspension of the transfer of 15 minors who reside in the shleter for children "San Jose Obrero", of the foundation "Felices los niños" of father Julio Cesar Grassi, for the absence of safety guarantees in the implementation of the eviction arranged by Miriam Rustán de Estrada.

Spokesmen of the mentioned organism requested to the judge her intervention to protect the children and to avoid any physical damage because they refuse to leave the place.
"We ask the justice to make a decision regarding what is happening. This situation is serious and unaxeptable", they said from the Council of Minority.
Half a hundred neighbors of the Chacarita quarter of Buenos Aires city protested during the first hours of this morning against the eviction, while two police officers remained in the shelter's door, at 753 Charlone Street, to avoid incidents.
