Vero Beach Pastor Faces More Child Porn Charges

VERO BEACH, FL -- Police arrested Gerald Lamothe for the second time at his workplace, Pastoral Counseling Center Wednesday afternoon.

According to police, Lamothe, a former priest, is accused of having child pornography on his workplace computer.

Vero Beach Police Department received information stating that there was a computer monitor at a business, which was displaying "child pornography". The business was closed, but the monitor was visible through a window, says a police report.

According to our news partners at Scripps Treasure Coast Newspapers Lamothe founded and runs the Pastoral Counseling Center, which is a marriage and family counseling center.

Lamothe is charged with thirty-two counts of child pornography and his bond was set at $160,000.00, say police.
