	East Peoria Youth Worker Indicted Central Illinois Proud May 14, 2009 http://centralillinoisproud.com/content/fulltext/?cid=59271 Peoria church was indicted Thursday for allegedly molesting a member of the church's youth group. 33 year old William Richardson is charged with two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Police say Richardson was an unpaid youth leader at the Rock Church. Richardson, who is free on bond, will be back in court May 21st.
