ST. LOUIS (KMOX News) -- Reverend Robert Osborne no longer has priest faculties in the St. Louis Archdiocese, cannot live in a parish rectory, and may not celebrate Mass publicly.
That's a decision made by Bishop Robert Hermann.

Archdiocese deacon Phil Hengen says Bishop Hermann took action after receiving information from the Marianist Province regarding a previous investigation involving Father Osborne.
Osborne is a former president of Vianney High School who left the post after allegations of sexual misconduct surfaced in 2006. The Marianists Roman Catholic order later reached a settlement in a civil lawsuit filed over the matter.
