HUSBAND CHARGED AFTER CRASH KILLS WIFE

A Mesquite man is charged with killing his wife after crashing his car into a house in upstate New York Monday. State police said 41-year-old Paul Sonnenmeier is charged with vehicular manslaughter, as well as driving while his ability was impaired by drugs and marijuana possession. EX-PRIEST PLEADS GUILTY TO CHILD PORN CHARGES

A former Grand Prairie priest pled guilty Tuesday to one count of possession of child pornography. Police executed a search warrant at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church after receiving information that an associate priest saw Matthew Bagert viewing an image of a young, nude boy on the rectory computer, according to court documents. The 40-year-old man told police he used the Internet to find the images. Bagert faces a maximum statutory sentence of 10 years in prison, a $250,000 fine and a lifetime of supervised release. Bagert, who is now living in Richardson, will also be required to register as a sex offender.

DALLAS POLICE SEEK ARMED IMPOSTER

Dallas police say they are asking for the public's help finding an armed imposter who actually duped officers. Police said 21-year-old Ryan Caskey, who claimed he was with the FBI task force, wore a bulletproof vest, carried a U.S. military police badge and a glock. Police said he helped officers kick down the door of an apartment in north Dallas. Click here to see a photo police released of Caskey, who is described as 6-feet-1 inch tall, 180 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes.

MAN, TEEN FOUND FATALLY SHOT IN APARMENT

Dallas police are investigating the shooting deaths of two people found at the Crystal Creek Apartments located in the 900 block of Wheatland Road. The bodies of a 25-year-old man and 15-year-old boy were found in a ransacked apartment at about 9 p.m. Monday. Anyone with information is asked to call 214-671-3661.

OFFICER ACCUSED OF INAPPROPRIATE RELATIONSHIP WITH STUDENT

The McKinney police department said it is investigating allegations of an inappropriate relationship between a 17-year-old female student and a school resource officer who has been placed on administrative leave. A staff member at McKinney Boyd High School was also placed on leave for not reporting the allegations, school officials said. That staff member has since resigned.

WOULD-BE ATM THIEF BULLDOZES THROUGH WALGREENS

Dallas police said a man used a bulldozer to smash his way to a store's ATM -- but he also buried the machine in hundreds of pounds of debris. Police said the man stole the bulldozer early Tuesday morning from a nearby construction site, hit two cars on the way to an Oak Cliff Walgreens and used it to plow into the store. But the would-be thief walked away empty-handed -- the ATM he had his eye on was covered with 500 pounds of debris. Click here to read this story on NBCDFW.com.
