	Priest Waives Hearing Luddington Daily News April 23, 2009 http://www.ludingtondailynews.com/news.php?story_id=44263 Rev. Johnson Pappusamy, who had been a Catholic priest in Scottville and Custer, waived his preliminary hearing scheduled for this morning in 79th District Court. The case now moves on to 51st Circuit Court. Pappusamy is charged with criminal sexual conduct, fourth degree. His attorney Jeffery Crampton of Grand Rapids said the incident his client is being charged with happened at the Ludington Meijer Feb. 11.
