	Former Priest Says He's Victim of Vandalism By Kathy Sarantos Niver Action 3 News April 14, 2009 http://www.action3news.com/Global/story.asp?S=10181700&nav=menu550_2 Omaha, NE - A Catholic priest who served prison time for child porn and molesting an altar boy tells police he's a victim. 64-year-old Daniel Herek says someone smashed off the mirror on the driver's side of his 2004 Ford pickup as it sat in his driveway. He found the broken piece about 20 feet from the truck. Herek lives near 77th and Dodge Streets. The incident happened the day after his birthday. Herek recently was jailed again for fondling himself in the Crossroads parking lot. Police don't have any suspects for the vandalism. Contact: kathy@action3news.com
