He is the second Irish priest to be jailed for stealing from the congregation - 81 year old Father John Skehan was sentenced to 14 months in prison yesterday after he admitted stealing over $370,000. Authorities said the priests took the money to fund lavish lifestyles, including upscale homes and gambling trips.
