	Kerala HC Closes Proceedings in Sister Abhaya Case Indlaw News March 13, 2009 http://www.indlawnews.com/Newsdisplay.aspx?b468f1e5-2b9f-427b-9222-da8fb2c75735 Kerala High Court closed the proceedings in a petition filed by Mr M Thomas seeking a direction that the High Court should monitor the investigation of Sister Abhaya Case and that it should be conducted on the basis of the narco analysis result. A Division Bench comprising Justice K Balakishnan Nair and Justice M L Joseph Francis today observed that no such orders were necessary as the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ernakulam was already monitoring the investigation. The Bench also observed that it had perused the report by CBI.
