William David Webb, the son of Word of Life Senior Pastor Scott Webb, was arrested by federal officials on Wednesday at his home in Murrieta, Calif. "There have been charges, accusations," the defendant's father said today. "I believe it is not true." The indictment, which was unsealed today, charged William David Webb with transporting a minor from Alabama to Oklahoma for sexual activity in March or April of 2004.
