	Woman Wants Records Released By Nichole Medaugh WHIZ January 8, 2009 http://www.whiznews.com/tv/article.php?articleId=23760 A former Guernsey County woman wants criminal investigation records released in the case of a Steubenville cleric, who at least two accusers says molested them. Beth Rocker, who now lives in Isreal, filed the lawsuit today in teh Guernsey County Court of Appeals. Rocker alleges that Father Gary Zalenski, a Steubenville Dioceasan Priest, molested her in the early '90's. Father Zalenski was suspended from the priesthood in September of 2007. Rocker reported the alleged abuse a year ago to law enforcement. She testified in front of a Guernsey County Grand Jury in September. In October a Grand Jury chose not to indict Zalenski.
