The National Board for the Safeguarding of Children's Report found that child protection practices in the dioceses of Cloyne were inadequate and in some respects dangerous. One in Four - the national charity which supports men and women who have experienced sexual violence - says his position is now untenable. Executive Director Maeve Lewis says the Catholic Church can not be trusted to put the safety of children first.
