	Abhaya: CJ Dismisses CBI’s Plea Kerala Online December 18, 2008 http://keralaonline.com/news/abhaya-case-acting-cj-dismisses-cbi-s-plea_13257.html The Kerala High court yesterday dismissed the CBI application seeking transfer of bail applications of three accused in the sister Abhaya case to another judge . Earlier, CBI standing counsel filed an application before the Acting Chief Justice, Justice J B Koshy, complaining that they will not get justice from Justice K Hema, who is presently considering the bail applications of the accused– Father Thomas Kottur, Father Jose Puthrikayil and Sister Sephy. The three were arrested in connection with the case on November 19 and currently lodged in the Ernakulam sub-jail. Meanwhile, Justice K Hema directed CBI to handover the medical reports and case diary of the case to the court.
