KOCHI: The Kerala High court on Wednesday dismissed the CBI application seeking transfer of bail applications of three accused in the sister Abhaya case to another judge.

Earlier, CBI standing counsel filed an application before the Acting Chief Justice, Justice J B Koshy, complaining that they will not get justice from Justice K Hema, who is presently considering the bail applications of the accused-- Father Thomas Kottur, Father Jose Puthrikayil and Sister Sephy.

The three were arrested in connection with the case on November 19 and currently lodged in the Ernakulam sub-jail.

Meanwhile, Justice K Hema directed CBI to handover the medical reports and case diary of the case to the court.

She posted the case to Dec 19 when orders would be pronounced.

The body of Abhaya, an inmate of the St Pius Convent at Kottayam, was found in the well of the convent in 1992.
