Kochi — The Kerala High Court today asked the CBI to produce significant parts of the case diary which reveals the involvement of three accused in the murder of Sister Abhaya.

Meanwhile, the Court deferred hearing of the bail plea of three accused for tomorrow.
But sources say, the CBI has strongly opposed the bail application of the accused in court saying if the bail is granted the accused may try to destroy evidence and influence witnesses in the case.
