	Victim in Priest Sex Abuse Trial to Take Stand Fox 44 December 9, 2008 http://www.fox44.net/Global/story.asp?S=9489216 The victim in the latest Burlington Diocese sex abuse trial will be taking the stand Tuesday. The former altar boy says he was sexually abused by Father Edward Paquette in the 1970's. On Monday, the victim's attorney argued the diocese moved a pedophile priest from parish to parish to hide the scandal. The defense says abuse cases were handled a lot differently than they are now. The trial is scheduled to resume at 9 a.m.
