	Youth Pastor Faces Sex Charges The World November 29, 2008 http://www.theworldlink.com/articles/2008/11/29/public_records/police_reports/doc4930f6ceb769f678097753.txt North Bend police have arrested a local church's assistant youth pastor on charges alleging he had sexual relations with a teenage girl he met at a church function. According to Officer Jon Bohanan, police confronted the suspect near Boyton Park, where he reportedly had arranged to meet the victim, at about 2:15 p.m. Friday. They arrested Damon J. Noel, 22, on charges of third-degree rape, contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, third-degree sex abuse, endangering the welfare of a minor and sexual misconduct. Bohanan said Noel met the girl during a vacation Bible school this past summer. Officers took Noel to Coos County jail, where he was being held Friday night on $50,000 bail.
