The lawsuit in Denver District Court names senior pastor Willie Simmons and Central Baptist Church. Simmons declined comment. James Slay, chairman of the church's board of trustees, did not return calls. Denver police investigated a complaint filed by the woman, but the district attorney's office declined to prosecute, saying there was "no reasonable likelihood of conviction."
