The Queens woman who slapped the Catholic Church with a $25 million lawsuit claiming a priest seduced her is also accusing her building superintendent of getting too frisky.

In a federal lawsuit filed in April, Judith Rodrigues-Lytwyn, 50, claims the super, Fernando Batista, tried to grope her, forced her to touch his privates and refused to do work on her apartment when she refused sex.

"He offered to pay [her] for sex or to pay her rent and bills or make improvements to her apartments in exchange for sexual favors," the suit said.

She claims that when she rebuffed the advances, Batista shut off her heat and electricity.

In the church suit, Rodrigues-Lytwyn claims Rev. Elvis Elano seduced her when she went to him for help in her divorce.
